Hello everyone,


My name is Meredith – I am a television development producer with Pixcom Productions in Montreal, Canada. I am very interested in exploring the possibility of a series that looks at the Wiccan community in Canada and would truly appreciate the opportunity to talk or exchange emails with anybody who is interested in sharing. At this point, this is a development project, not for broadcast or any purpose other than exploring the idea of such a series. If you are interested in talking with me, please let me know. Hello, Meredith, and welcome to our site. For the benefit of our members, I wonder if I could ask you to clarify a few points.


First, I assume that you are Meredith Fowke, whose photo appears at http://www.pixcom.com/en/company.html Is this correct?


Second, while you have specified Wicca as your particular area of interest, are you interested as well in learning about the broader contemporary Pagan community? As you may already know, Wicca is the largest, but certainly not the only, form of contemporary Paganism.


And third, do you have a high-level concept of what your series would cover, and what approach you would take, or is it early days at this point?

Thanks for the response – yes, that's me!

At this early stage of development, I am unsure of what format the series would take and which exact areas it would cover – this is the type of information that would come from speaking and exchanging ideas with your members and other individuals. I am always extremely open and respectful when starting out on a new project as I am always dependent on the generosity, experience and knowledge of the subjects. I'd love to start a discussion to get the ball rolling and see where it heads…

I should tell you that we recently migrated to this site from an older one whose platform couldn't handle the traffic. The members of our old site sre trickling in, but it may be awhile before you get any significant volume of responses.
