[Snip] Traditionally, tea leaf reading has always being carried with a sense of sacredness, not just because the Irish love their tea but because the Pavee often found sustenance and guidance from it. The joys and sorrow of the cup has being there along our journey, as a way of counsel, a kindred friend, a way shower, a defender, a keeper of the peace and forewarner of disaster. When hard times come there is the lighting of candles, the gathering of friends and all too often the drawing of a cup.
