Allergy causes and what can help to stop it

The most common cause of allergies is feeding babies with such foods as meat and cow’s milk, before they reach the age of 12 months. Babies who are fed with mother’s milk until the age of at least 8 months (provided that the mother is healthy and eats properly during pregnancy), will most likely not develop allergies later in life, unless subjected to malnutrison or an extremely toxic environment.

Allergies can also be caused by processed foods with chemical addictive. People with allergies should avoid eating such food and concentrate on eating foods which are free of chemical addictives. In many cases allergies are caused by cleaning chemicals.
